Join us from 10-13th March, to learn from 14 experts about communication within childcare
Hi, I am Larissa, a mum of one and a child educator with 15 years experience of working with a diverse range of families, in varying nanny roles from live in nanny to proxy parent and a Head nanny.
I have always been passionate about supporting parents through the often daunting and emotional task of finding the right childcare for their family. During interviews, I have often explained to families that I am not the right nanny for their family and guided them in who their ideal nanny could be, or right form of childcare could be for their family and their circumstances.
I now provide that guidance and support to families looking for childcare, under my brand The Childcare Navigator, as I truly believe that it is such an important and layered decision that all families deserve to understand and get right the first time.
Advertising childcare services should also be much easier and without financial barriers, and that is why I have founded The Childcare Guide, which will be launching during this summit. An easy to use website, and free for childcare providers and parents to send messages.
